THE VETS PARTNERS
Roger Bannock MA VetMB MRCVS Roger qualified from Cambridge University in 1988. His ambition was always to start his own practice in his home town of Taverham and he achieved this in 1994. Roger's main professional interests lie in Soft Tissue Surgery and Reproductive disorders. Roger is a countryman at heart, has two working Labradors and regularly competes in field trials across the county.
Guy Pitcher MA VetMB CertVR CertSAO CertSAS MRCVS Guy qualified from Cambridge University in 1989, after which he spent a year at Bristol University training in their surgical department. His main interest is orthopaedic surgery and Guy is one of the few vets in the UK who have further qualifications in orthopaedics, general surgery and radiology. Guy regularly accepts referral from other local vets in these disciplines and he is now developing the new exciting field of "keyhole surgery" at the practice. ASSOCIATE VETS Lenka Luckhurst MA VetMB MRCVS Lenka graduated from Cambridge University in 1991, following completion of an initial degree in Zoology at the University of East Anglia. She has been working in Norwich for over 10 years and brought quite a personal following with her when she joined us at Taverham Vets 6 years ago. She enjoys the variety that comes with working in a busy general practice Kate Pitcher BVSc CertVD CertVR MRCVS Kate graduated from Bristol University in 1990. She holds RCVS qualifications in Dermatology and Radiology and sees referral skin problems sent to her from other local practices in addition to our own cases. Kate works 3 days a week, juggling work at the practice with two children, Ross and Ellie. Tom Robertson MA VetMB CertVDI MRCVS Tom qualified from Cambridge University in 2001 and moved to Taverham from a large multi-discipline practice in bedford in 2007. He gained his certificate in Diagnostic Imaging in 2007 and has particular interests in radiology, doppler echocardiography, laparoscopy and ultrasonography. Tom accepts diagnostic work from local practices on a first or second opinion basis.
VETERINARY NURSES Most of our nurses have been with us for many years so know a great number of our clients personally. This helps us to maintain the personal touch in spite of our expansion and recent move to a bigger clinic.
