Ruby joined the reception team in December 2018 and enjoys meeting all the lovely pets that come through the doors. Ruby manages our online booking system and also coordinates Animal Health Certificates for owners who like to travel with their pets. Outside of work Ruby loves live music, festivals, eating delicious food and walking her two dogs.
