Ellen Kirby

Ellen graduated from Middlesex University in June 2024 with a BSc in Veterinary Nursing and joined the Taverham team later that year in December. She has a keen interest in caring for hospitalised patients and is particularly passionate about exotic and wildlife nursing.

Ellen’s journey into veterinary nursing was inspired by her experience in wildlife rehabilitation, which remains close to her heart. She continues to volunteer at a local wildlife rescue centre in Norfolk during her free time, helping to care for injured and orphaned wildlife.

Outside of work, Ellen enjoys immersing herself in nature through birdwatching and nature walks. She also loves curling up with a good book when she gets the chance.
